Reiki is a calming, hands-on (or hands-off, if preferred) energy healing practice that works to clear energetic blockages and restore flow. By gently channelling energy, reiki helps to ease emotional and physical tension, support clarity and leave you feeling grounded and peaceful.
Not at all — just wear something comfortable and come as you are. I’ll guide you through everything on the day so you can fully relax.
After your treatment, it’s best to take things gently. Drink plenty of water to help your body process any shifts and give yourself time to rest if possible. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional or energised — all are natural as your body and energy rebalance. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals immediately afterwards to support the cleansing process.

Yes — I can travel for appointments if needed. Please note that a petrol charge will be added depending on the distance. Feel free to ask when booking and I’ll happily give you all the details.
